We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and even remembered us from our previous visit. Our room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, served in a bright and homely environment. We loved the convenient location close to a great shopping area. we would definitely recommend this place for a city break.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I reserved one room with one extra bed, but it was very disappointing to know that in the room there was only one double bed so I had to take a second room and so the price doubled...The rooms were small and dark, and the bathrooms really tiny!

The hotel room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. the staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located near shopping and key attractions.
The room was quite small, and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. the noise from outside was noticeable, and there were some issues with the room amenities like the fridge being noisy.

once OPENING OUR WINDOW TO GET SOME AIR AS THE HOTEL DOESN'T HAVE AIR CONDITIONING IT WAS FILTHY WITH BIRD DROPPINGS AND MOSS GROWING MY WIFE HAY FEVER STARTED BADLY SO WE HAD TO KEEP THE WINDOW CLOSED IT WAS FILTHY

We were impressed with the warm welcome from the receptionist who actually remembered our previous stay. The room was quiet and the bathroom was spotless.
